About us and our mission

We are yourbuildingmanager.online

Online assistant for your building, owners’ association and rentals.

Developed by dedicated property managers, we combine simplicity, power, and transparency. We are fully on your side: no tied sales, no hidden fees, and your daily transactions remain under your control on your own account — we withhold no interest.

Simple, powerful, affordable.

We believe that everyone has the right to reside in buildings which are more than just okay.

We also believe that most building owners do their best to keep their buildings in a good state, but they often lack the necessary knowledge or overlook key aspects of maintenance.

Because, let's be honest, compliance with regulations isn’t always easy. And managing a building and coordinating a team requires the right tools to streamline efforts.

That’s why we founded yourbuildingmanager.online, an online platform for building management. This platform is unique because it combines all aspects of management: building management, contract management, support for the Association of Co-Owners, and local interventions. This provides essential functionality for everyone—from property managers to maintenance teams, as well as tenants and landlords.

Built from the ground up by building managers, this platform offers comprehensive tools to manage buildings efficiently.

You're welcome.

Our Code of Conduct

Our company was founded with a single purpose: to help people. Whether we develop software tools for rentals or maintain and manage properties, we want everything we do to reflect that core principle. Our Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for all team members to ensure a professional, ethical, and respectful working environment. We like to share our Code of Conduct with you:

1. Be Helpful
Help is the foundation of our mission. When someone requests assistance—whether a customer or a colleague—you are expected to help, provided the request: falls within the company’s scope of work, aligns with your assigned responsibilities, and is reasonable in effort and intent.

2. Respect Privacy
Any information shared with you in confidence—whether from a customer, colleague, or third party—must remain confidential. Do not disclose internal communications or sensitive data unless you are explicitly authorized to do so. Privacy and trust are not optional; they are essential.

3. Show Respect
Respect forms the bedrock of how we work together: listen to others’ viewpoints, accept that people may approach tasks differently, give and receive feedback openly, and don’t undermine others to elevate yourself. We cultivate a company culture where ideas and respectful feedback are welcome at all levels. No one will ever be punished for sharing respectful, constructive input.

4. Pursue Efficiency
Your time—and everyone else’s—is valuable. You are expected to complete your assigned tasks efficiently, think proactively about how to improve workflows, avoid unnecessary work or redundant communication, respect company hierarchy and follow instructions—unless those instructions conflict with this code. Efficiency is not about rushing; it's about doing things right, without waste.

5. Be Diligent
We are not an average company, and we don’t expect average effort. Our success is built on the dedication of our team. Excellence is rewarded, and diligence is recognized. The company invests in its employees, and we expect commitment in return. Occasional irregular hours or extra shifts may be required. In return, additional paid time off is also possible.

6. Be Clear
Transparency and preparation lead to fewer mistakes and stronger collaboration. Communicate clearly and proactively. Share information in advance whenever possible and make sure your messages are understandable to others. Avoid assumptions and miscommunication, and ensure everyone involved is informed and aligned.

We simplify your building management. You're welcome.
