About us and our mission

We are yourbuildingmanager.online

Online assistant for your building, owners’ association and rentals.

Our goal is to provide professional software for everyone: from private individuals managing their own building to professionals managing hundreds of properties.

Developed by experienced building managers, the platform combines simplicity, power, and transparency. You remain in full control: no hidden fees, no long-term commitments, and your transactions stay in your own account.

Simple, powerful, affordable

We are driven by the human aspect. With yourbuildingmanager.online, we provide practical support for everyone involved: from managers and owners to maintenance teams and residents.

yourbuildingmanager.online starts from the physical object itself: the building. Each user can tailor their subscription to their needs — from additional buildings to contracts, support for homeowners’ associations, and local interventions. This way, you only pay for what you need and gain the structure, insight, efficiency, and clear communication required to manage a building professionally.

Because many owners are committed to maintaining their buildings but often lack the right tools, the first building is free. This ensures everyone has access to the tools needed for professional building management and contributes to a higher-quality property landscape.

Our Code of Conduct

Our company was founded with a single purpose: to help people. Whether we develop software tools for rentals or maintain and manage properties, we want everything we do to reflect that core principle. Our Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for all team members to ensure a professional, ethical, and respectful working environment. We like to share our Code of Conduct with you:

1. Be Helpful
Help is the foundation of our mission. When someone requests assistance—whether a customer or a colleague—you are expected to help, provided the request: falls within the company’s scope of work, aligns with your assigned responsibilities, and is reasonable in effort and intent.

2. Respect Privacy
Any information shared with you in confidence—whether from a customer, colleague, or third party—must remain confidential. Do not disclose internal communications or sensitive data unless you are explicitly authorized to do so. Privacy and trust are not optional; they are essential.

3. Show Respect
Respect forms the bedrock of how we work together: listen to others’ viewpoints, accept that people may approach tasks differently, give and receive feedback openly, and don’t undermine others to elevate yourself. We cultivate a company culture where ideas and respectful feedback are welcome at all levels. No one will ever be punished for sharing respectful, constructive input.

4. Pursue Efficiency
Your time—and everyone else’s—is valuable. You are expected to complete your assigned tasks efficiently, think proactively about how to improve workflows, avoid unnecessary work or redundant communication, respect company hierarchy and follow instructions—unless those instructions conflict with this code. Efficiency is not about rushing; it's about doing things right, without waste.

5. Work with dedication
We place great value on commitment and engagement. We appreciate team members who take responsibility and strive for quality in their work. In return, we invest in a healthy work environment and opportunities for growth.

6. Be Clear
Transparency and preparation lead to fewer mistakes and stronger collaboration. Communicate clearly and proactively. Share information in advance whenever possible and make sure your messages are understandable to others. Avoid assumptions and miscommunication, and ensure everyone involved is informed and aligned.

We simplify your building management. You're welcome.

We love it when you help spread the word about our quality:
